Music for Film & Theatre

Isabella is currently pursuing a degree in Music Theory and Composition with a concentration in Screen Scoring at New York University. In her composition as well as in her songwriting, she enjoys experimenting with traditional orchestral, folk, indie, and alternative styles. She enjoys incorporating elements from her songwriting background into her scoring by using vocals and guitar in both textural and melodic contexts. She is also passionate about musical theatre composition, which she discovered through the Musical Theatre Composition program at New York Youth Symphony, where she received the Director's Award. From colorful orchestration to developing characters through lyric, she loves every aspect of creating music for theatre.
